DAY 1 - Departing Cebu City

8AM

Please be on time at the designated meeting place for our departure.

Departing Cebu City , we head north with a brief stop in the much smaller Danao City .  With the beach to our right and the mountains to our left, we continue through many towns and villages.  This is sugar cane country and the road can get busy at harvest time with slow, old sugar cane hauling trucks.

We continue to the most northern tip of Cebu Island then on to the magnificent resort island of Malapascua .  Our bikes will be left on the mainland for the night as we take the 30-minute boat ride to the island.

Meals provided on this day: Lunch & Dinner

DAY 2 - Malapascua Island

You’re invited to join your guides on a chartered pump boat for a 3-hour tour, with stops at deserted beaches and other places of interest around the island.

Those of you who wish to take an early scuba dive to see the remarkable Thresher Sharks may do so.  This can be easily arranged and is at your own expense for around US$30 per dive.

Our accommodation is near the main village of Logan and it’s a must to take the time to stroll around and chat with the very friendly locals.

Mid-afternoon

We will travel back to the mainland of Cebu Island by boat and on the bikes to the Daan Bantayan township and by another boat to Bantayan Island.  We can then enjoy more of the wonderful resort lifestyle.

Travel time: 3 hours

Meals provided on this day: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner

DAY 3 - Bantayan Island

After taking a swim and looking around the beautiful beaches of Bantayan Island, we head back to the mainland of Cebu and ride south on the west coast.

This is a day to cover the kilometres and get to the more interesting areas around Moalboal.  It is the longest travel day on the Cebu - Negros - Sqijr tour, approximately 7 hours.

Overnight will be spent at a quality hotel or resort in the Toledo or Moalboal area, depending on our travel speed.

Meals provided on this day: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner

DAY 4 – Moalboal

We have a variety of optional activities to occupy our morning.  Divers can do some magnificent coral reef dives at their own expense for around US$30 per dive.

We continue south with a pleasant stop at Kawasan Waterfalls, then on to the most southern tip of Cebu Island.  We take a boat trip to Negros Island and Dumaguete City , the capital of Negros Oriental Province .

Meals provided on this day: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner

DAY 5 - Dumaguete City

This is a small but vibrant and charming city with a variety of good restaurants, great night life and some fantastic surrounding areas.  It is also the home base of Motorcycle Adventure Tours Philippines Inc. (M.A.T.P.I.)

We will be a little saddle sore by now, so it’s time for a rest day.  No lunch or dinner is provided on this day.  Your accommodation is fully paid and your bike is available for your use.  Also, a complimentary - professional massage is available if you choose.

(This is our preferred rest day and location; however the scheduled rest day may be changed for reasons deemed necessary by our management such as bad weather, road closure or other events that may prevent us from traveling on any given day).

Meals provided on this day: Breakfast only

DAY 6 - Dumaguete City and surrounding areas

We hope you like mountains - today we will visit the twin peaks of Mt. Talinis known as The Horns of Negros, and one of the most magnificent waterfalls in the Philippines , Casa Roro Falls . We have another spectacular location in the area we wish to show you but will keep that a secret for now.

Mid-afternoon

Let’s go to the nearby Siquijor Island , known by the very superstitious Filipinos as “The Island of Witches and Voodoo.”  Travel time 1hr.

Our beachside resort accommodation will be a peaceful change after living the city life in Dumaguete.

Meals provided on this day: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

DAY 7 - Siquijor Island

Today will really be a test of your adventurous spirit.  We will head to the small mountain village of Cantabon to meet with our local cave guides.  The 1½ hour underground experience will get your heart pumping.  It’s a relatively safe, but not so leisurely stroll through the sometimes waist-deep river that flows through parts of the Cantabon Cave close to Mt. Bandila -an Nature Reserve at 557m and the highest point of Siquijor Island .

After lunch at one of the more scenic spots along the way we will visit the picturesque Gambughay Falls .  These cascading falls are a great place for a refreshing swim.

On the way home to our resort we will have an interesting break at the very friendly town of Lazi and view one of the oldest churches built in the Philippines.

Meals provided on this day: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner

DAY 8 - Siquijor Island,

Last Day of Tour

It is up to you to choose today’s activities. We can make some suggestions, recommendations and help you plan and prepare for the day’s activities.

You may wish to take your bike to explore the 72km/45mile, min 4hrs, round trip of Siquijor island, or just swim and laze on the beach for the day.

Siquijor boasts some magnificent Scuba Dive's including undersea caves and some decent coral reefs.

Mid to late afternoon we will meet at the Siquijor port for our return trip to Dumaguete City.  Better to be on time as it's the last ferry of the day. Around 4.30pm. (Arrive Dgte for your motorcycle deposit return, hopefully our bikes are ok by this time).
